Generations Federal Credit Union Named As Top Place To Work For Second Year In A Row

Local financial institution recognized for employee benefits, pay and work-home balance.

Generations Federal Credit Union has been named as a Top Place To Work by a San Antonio Express-News/ Workplace-Dynamics survey. The winners were chosen based on the results of confidential online surveys completed by the companies’ employees on a variety of attributes such as confidence in management, trust in co-workers, feeling valued and overall job satisfaction.

The award, currently in its third year, honors companies in the greater San Antonio area. Companies were divided into three categories (large, medium and small) based on the number of employees. This is the second year that the 71-year-old financial institution has been named to the list.

Generations Federal Credit Union is the fifth largest credit union in San Antonio with approximately 50,000 members and $400 million in assets.
