Truliant Federal Credit Union elects Gregory Thrush as Chairman of the Board
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C (www.allCUnews.com) – The Truliant Federal Credit Union Board of Directors has elected Gregory W. Thrush as its new Chairman for the 2007-2008 term. Thrush joined Truliant’s Board in 1994 with more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector.
Prior to being elected as Chairman, Thrush served on the Truliant Board in various positions including Treasurer, member of Strategic Planning Committee, Chairman of the Compensation and Benefits Committee and member of the Audit Committee. Thrush is a recent retiree of the Timken Company based out of Canton, Ohio, where he served as Manager of Transactional Services.
Thrush has a Degree in Industrial Management and Finance from Walsh University and attended the Management Program for Executives at the University of Pittsburgh. He received his Certified Credit Union Director title in 2000, after attending the London Business School in London, England.
